Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
• Opened bed pillows, mattress protectors and items marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Email us with your order number to receive return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
